If you just updated:

    Take unraider from the archive and replace it on your flash drive in the /config folder
    Use it

If you just decided to start using it:

    Place the unraider file in /config
    Replace the go file in the /config folder with the following

@adi I remember there used to be some VM solutions that didn’t require the USB, but I’m not sure if it works the same way on real hardware. Honestly, I don’t use unRAID myself (I run fnOS in daily use), so I can’t give you a solid answer. You might want to dig around a bit more and see what other people are doing with different setups.

This one probably works with laterst version (7.2.0), BUT the [B]unraider[/B] file must be changed [B]before[/B] updating to version 7.2.0, otherwise the GUID will be banned.

If you’ve already updated, roll back to version 7.1.4 (if the ban has already been applied, it can only be removed manually).

HopoL Basically, just replace the unraider file in the config folder on your USB boot drive using the terminal, then go ahead and start the upgrade. That’s it!

HopoL If you want to upgrade from 7.1.4 to 7.2.0, just rename unraider-7.2.0 to unraider, and then replace the old unraider file inside the config folder on your USB boot drive. After that, just start the upgrade on your running system—you’re all set!
